This site describes Primavera Beach House and how it is let. Nothing here is an offer or a binding commitment, and no part of it forms a contract. Availability, terms and rent are confirmed directly, in writing, before anything is agreed.

No online booking

The house is leased monthly or yearly. There is no nightly rate, no booking engine, and no payment taken through this website. Every enquiry is answered personally.

Accuracy

We keep the descriptions and photographs current and honest. Even so, a house changes, and photographs flatten. Nothing on these pages is warranted to be free of error or omission. Where this site and the signed lease disagree, the lease is what counts.

Content

The text, photographs and videos on this site belong to Primavera Beach House. Please do not reproduce them commercially without asking first.
